Prior to earning his Realtor license, Ron worked 18 years with the Michigan department of corrections as a housing unit officer teaching anger management and cognitive behavioral thinking classes, and managing correction housing units.

When Ron is not showing homes and doing market research he is spending time with his family and friends. He is very involved with the education of his children including their involvement in sports where he has volunteered as a coach and mentor.
